Employees may only accept modest, token gifts and occasional business meals that do not create the appearance of impropriety. Lavish or excessive gifts are prohibited.

Anti-Bribery and Compliance with Laws

Swiss Digitech GmbH strictly prohibits bribery in any form, including offering anything of value to government officials or private parties to gain an improper advantage. Employees must consult the Legal Team for guidance on compliance with anti-bribery laws.

Fair Competition and Anti-Collusion

Employees must not discuss pricing, discounts, or business terms with competitors or enter into any agreements that could violate antitrust laws.

Operational Integrity

Recordkeeping and Reporting

All financial and operational records must accurately reflect transactions and adhere to legal and internal control standards. Employees must cooperate with financial, accounting, and legal teams to ensure compliance.

Use of Resources

Employees are expected to use company resources responsibly and only for authorized purposes.

How to Report Concerns

If you have concerns or are unsure about a situation, you should:

  • Speak with your manager.
  • Contact the People Team or Legal Team.
  • Report anonymously using our ethics platform or email ethics@payrollrobot.ai.

Protection Against Retaliation

Swiss Digitech GmbH does not tolerate retaliation against employees who report concerns or misconduct in good faith.

Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and could also lead to civil or criminal prosecution.
